Yet when it comes to our health and beauty routines, feet and toenails often get neglected. No matter what the season is, it is always important to keep your feet.

Healthy feet start with good hygiene.It is also very important to keep your feet there are certain tips and remedies you sholud follow,to keep your feet healthy and beautiful.

1.Make sure to wash your feet daily

It is very important to clean and scrub your feet Thoroughly with soap and water when you bath. Afterward, dry them well. Fungal organisms love moisture, so depriving them of any wetness will make it more difficult for them to thrive.

2.Wear the right Footwear

Your feet should not hurt—ever. Tight shoes can worsen bunions, distort toe shape and cause painful foot growths. If you wear high heels, choose heels that are wide, stable and no higher than two inches. Change socks or stockings more than once a day. If you have a problem with smelly feet, soak them in a mixture of vinegar and water.Flip-flops and completely flat shoes don’t provide arch support. To keep feet strong and healthy,minimize the amount of time you wear shoes that lack supportive arches.

3.Moisturize your feet everyday 

Moisturize your feet after washing. During dry-skin winter months, you may want to moisturize several times a day. Always basic lotions and creams are fine.Moisturizing place very vital role for making your feet to look Beautiful.

4.Regualr Massage Is needed

Massage the cream or lotion into the feet. A foot message can help relieve tension and tired, aching feet. You can get a good massage at home by rolling your feet back and forth over a rolling pin

5.Regualr Pedicure is Necessary

Be cautious about having a pedicure in a salon, where cleanliness of tubs and instruments is vital. If you are unable to go to salon,or if you are not able to bear the costs of the salon,go for a home pedicure.Home pedicure involves the steps same as salon such as Luke warm water soaking,scrubbing,moisturizing etc.If you like to soak your feet, forget the Epsom salts—they’re too drying and don’t offer any medical benefit. Instead, just use warm (never hot) water and a little liquid soap, such as dishwashing solution, containing skin softeners.

6.Nail Care is Important

Cut nails straight across. Use sharp nail scissors or clippers. Round the nails slightly at the tips for maximum strength.Keep nails shaped and free of snags by filing with an emery board.Trim toenails regularly. Keeping them short will minimize the risk of trauma and injury.

7.Avoid High Heals 

Wear high heals and pointed shoes for special occasions only, and always wear the shoes according to your comfort.Avoiding High heals except for parties is good for your feet always.
